Long-cut pasta is produced with the Long-cut Pasta production line in accordance with the modular system and technology. Water, semolina or flour are used as raw materials in long cut pasta lines. With the help of molds and equipment designed in accordance with the purpose of the line, it enables the production of pasta in different shapes and thicknesses in accordance with the demands and needs of the customers. Long cut pasta lines use water, semolina or flour as raw materials.

With the help of equipment designed in accordance with the purpose of the line, pasta is produced in different lengths and thicknesses according to the wishes and needs of the customers.

Dosage and Press Unit

It is the unit where the raw material first enters the system. The raw materials transmitted by the dosing unit are mixed in equal particles in a homogeneous mixture by means of the mixer located here. Thanks to the vacuum system inside; air molecules or air bubbles in the mixture are vacuumed and the most pure; natural and yellow colored pasta dough is obtained.

Main Spiral Group

This group consists of a barrel, 3-leaf spiral and transmission group. The dough with a certain pressure, which is entered into the group with the existing barrel, is evenly broken by means of the 3-leaf spiral and the dough is smoothly transferred to the next production stage.

Pre Cut

Produced in different sizes according to the capacity of the production line; the pre-cutting unit determines the final length dimensions of the spaghetti pasta, which are shaped from rectangular molds. In addition, the pre-cutting unit prevents the loss of spaghetti thanks to its system and directs it to the press unit for recycling.

Pre Drying Unit

The pre drying unit removes water from the surface of wet spaghetti pasta and prepares the long cut pasta for the drying unit.

Drying Unit

It is designed as a tunnel consisting of different stages and cabins in accordance with the capacities of long cutting pasta lines. It consists of a specially designed ventilation system and a movable aluminum suspension system. The drying unit is completely isolated from the external environment. All air inlets and outlets required for the purpose of production are kept under control to improve production quality. The long cut pasta transferred from the pre-drying unit to the movable aluminum hangers is dried with hot air with different temperatures according to the region where it is located, in accordance with the production purpose.

Shocking Unit

This unit is used for cooling the high temperature long cut pasta transferred from the drying unit. It consists of a structure completely isolated from the external environment, with a single body and different stage compartments. The temperature of the pasta is reduced to 20° - 25° in the shocking unit with the air system and movable aluminum suspension belt system. Thus, the long cut pasta is made ready for the back cutting unit for finalizing.

Rear Cutting Unit

The rear cutting unit removes the pasta that comes with aluminum hangers from the hangers and cuts the spaghetti pasta to the desired lengths thanks to vertically positioned disc knives with central movement system and makes the spaghetti pasta ready for packaging.
